Whistler's XTR-695 is a detector that maximizes sensitivity and minimizes falsing. Ka Max Mode gives you improved Ka Band sensitivity. Radar Signature ID displays known Ka gun frequencies to help distinguish threats, and Laser Signature ID does the same by displaying pulses per second of received laser signals.

Cobra Electronics ESD 7000


The Cobra ESD-7000 radar detector responds to all types of radar currently in use, and provides 360 degree detection of all types of laser guns. The Cobra ESD-7000 is immune to the VG-2 detector, and the Spectre I detector. Basic support is included for the Safety Alert® system as well.

The RMR-C435 a.k.a VIPER II detector transmits a series of pulses at the same wave length used by the police laser guns (Lidar), which are electronically timed at about 100 feet apart. The power output is four to eight times that needed to trigger the detector in the laser gun.
