The XRS 9340 provides total protection and peace-of-mind with Xtreme Range Superheterodyne technology, detecting 12 radar/laser bands with reliable and proven performance. The 9340 is also equipped with an UltraBright Data Display, Safety Alert, Strobe Alert and many other Cobra feature mainstays.
The RMR-C435 a.k.a VIPER II detector transmits a series of pulses at the same wave length used by the police laser guns (Lidar), which are electronically timed at about 100 feet apart. The power output is four to eight times that needed to trigger the detector in the laser gun.
The GX65 comes complete with a pre-loaded database of “safety cameras,” including red light and fixed position speed cameras throughout North America. You can even mark your own locations like school zones and local speed traps for future reference.
